How to use ShippingEasy

ShippingEasy and Zibbet have built an integrated application to provide you with easily accessible and discounted shipping options.
Getting Started
First and foremost, you must have an order that needs to be shipped. This can be any existing or new order.
Once you have an order you would like to ship, you can visit your Sold Items – Needing Action page to get started.
You should notice immediately there is a new button labeled “Ship with ShippingEasy” as well as a series of new options in the drop-down box next to each order.
Simply select “Ship with ShippingEasy” to launch the Shipping Easy Booking Application.
[Please note the following steps may vary depending on the items you are shipping, the destinations you are shipping to, and the options you select whilst using the application]
Authorize the application
Click “Allow” to authorize the ShippingEasy application to perform the listed actions. You will only have to do this authorization once. For more information on Authorization, see Authorizing applications on Zibbet.
Create an account
With a ShippingEasy account you can easily come back at any time to check the status of your bookings or to alter any details. Please note that this account is separate from Zibbet and you must either Register or login with a Shipping Easy account on this page.
Your shipments
You can now see all of your items that need to be shipped. They are intelligently grouped into shipments which are going to the same destination address, regardless of which order they came from. Simply select which items you want to ship, and hit “Next”.
Packaging your items
Here is the meat of the application, and what makes ShippingEasy so easy!
Select from a pre-defined size package or enter a custom size package then click “Select Courier”. Shipping Easy does all the heavy lifting for you and shows the cheapest shipping options listed for your package.
Just click “Select”. Easy.
Review the shipping option you’ve selected for each package, then hit “Next”.
Customs
If you’re shipping internationally, you can quickly enter the customs information on this step along with Harmonized Codes, Serial Numbers and Customs Invoice Numbers. When you’re done (or if you’re shipping domestically), click “Next”.
Review
Ensure all the details you have entered are correct. Read and agree to the Terms for each option shown, then select “Next”.
Pay
Follow the prompts to pay for the shipping via PayPal.
You will receive a Payment Transaction Number which you can keep for your records.
Print labels
Now that you have organized your shipment(s), you can easily print off a shipping label ready to affix to your package by clicking “Shipping Label” and printing the label ShippingEasy gives you.
Finished
Simply click the “x” in the top-right of the application to close it and return to your Sold Items – Needing Action page.
You’ll notice your items have been automatically marked as shipped for you.
Your buyer will also be notified by email that you have organized shipping.
