Thank you for contacting us. The Stats Snapshot shows the number of views your shop front has had in the last 30 days. If there is a view that is 31 days old, it is not shown in that total. For example:

Say you had 10 views 30 days ago. Today, your total shows 130 views. Tomorrow, those 10 views will be 31 days old. They will no longer be shown in the Snapshot total. The total tomorrow will therefore be 120 (provided you haven’t had any more views today, of course).

To view the total for the current calendar month, click “Monthly Shop Views” below the stats snapshot. You will see the views for the current month shown there along with all preceding calendar months.
