At Zibbet, we have built a tool to allow you to simply and quickly transfer your items from your Etsy store to your Zibbet store.

To import your items, you must first export them to a .csv file from Etsy;

1. Log into your Etsy account
2. Go to Your Etsy > Shop Settings > Options > Download Data
3. Save the exported .csv file to your computer

Now that you have the .csv file, you can import it into your Zibbet shop;

1. Log in to your Zibbet shop
2. Go to My Zibbet > Import and Export (in the Listings section).
3. Select the Etsy Importer tab if it’s not selected already.
4. Select to upload the saved .csv file for Step 2.
5. Select “Import”

Please note that not all of the data from your Etsy listings will be imported into your Zibbet shop for the simple reason that Etsy’s exporter does not export everything, including shipping profiles.

Your items will be imported into your Zibbet shop in Draft Mode. In order to actually list the items you will need to edit each item to fill in the information that was not imported. You also need to edit your titles and descriptions so that they are not worded exactly the same in both shops.
