It would be OPTIONAL of course, just like the space where a customer can leave an optional message.

I think everyone wonders where did this sale come from? Was it because of something I said on Twitter? Did they find me on Facebook? On Ning Community? Did they find Zibbet.com from a link somewhere and were just browsing through Zibbet? Or did they do a search in Google and the item came up? Did a friend tell them about my shop? Did they just find one of those business cards "someone" left in a restroom?

It sure would be valuable to the seller to know where their sales are coming from. (Not hits to their page, but the actual sales.

I'm thinking just where the box is to leave a message at checkout there could be another little box with that question.

Guest check outs. Not everyone is interested in signing up for yet another online membership. I work hard to promote my shop, but having to become a member does turn some people away. I get it. I have chosen not to buy items when you have to become a member.
I thought this was going to be added after the first quarter, but I don't see it in the ideas and it hasn't happened yet. I decided I better add it in case it isn't already in the works.

If they like it they will come back and may even choose to become a member later.

"How about adding the ability to offer upgrades to items and/or in listing customizations. Here's an example. I make handmade costume wings. Certain colors of glitter cost me more materials wise. I want to be able to list a customizable wing design where the customer can pick the colors they want the base, the ribbon ties and the glitter paint. Right now they can leave me a note saying which of each they want, but unless I do a separate listing as a "glitter upgrade" listing the various higher priced colors (which I'm not sure doing this is allowed) I have to have a note in the listing to contact me for a special listing with the price of the upgrade included or just bite the cost or not offer as large a range of colors. A check box and/or a drop down menu where the customer can pick the upgrade or other options with the extra cost shown clearly right next to it would be really useful. Not sure I described that in a way that makes sense."

It would be great if sellers could set the currency they wish to list items in - for example those of us in the UK could list items in GBP and Zibbet then converts these automatically into USD.

It would make it much easier for sellers to list items as I have to change mine if there is a big currency fluctuation between GBP and USD to keep them the same as my UK listings.

Buyers could then choose which currency they view items in too (maybe USD, GBP and AUD to begin with?!) so they know exactly how much they will pay in their local currency.

"I love it when I occasionally see one of my items in the random sampling on the front page, but I wonder if there is a way we could "choose" which items get promoted here?

Right now, I assume it's random? And I also assume it's a random item from the randomly selected shop?

The reason I assume that, is that there are a few items I seem to see often on the front page - but when I've checked, those shops have very few (maybe even just one) item. Other shops, with lots of items, don't get the same one featured each time.

Although I strive to improve my photos, some are definitely better than others - and I'd love to be able to say "please select from these *6/10/20/whatever*, I consider them my best adverts"

It would also mean we could stop having out-of-date seasonal items on the front page. I have no intention of delisting my Christmas Meerkats, I know from last year that I may well still sell some. BUT I don't like seeing Christmas (and even Halloween!) items on the front page because I think it makes the site look out-of-date. Imagine if you're walking down a high street and see Christmas stuff in the window in January or later...

I would like to to see the "quantity available" displayed in a product listing. Since we have the ability to offer multiple quantities it would be more user friendly for buyers to be able to see how many of an item is available. It would also be nice as a seller to be able to quickly see the quantity available from the main listing page and do front end updating from there if necessary.

I would also like to see the "quantity available" listed in the seller area with each item when viewing "listings" and have this be a part of "batch editing" (along with other listing details for batch editing). Right now, the only way for me to know how many I have listed available for an item is to edit the item and it is very cumbersome to keep track this way.

Not sure if this is part of the new design or not, but it would be of great benefit to me.

"I'm unsure if its been discussed before but I think it would be helpful to have a feature that shows when the last time someone has checked in on their Zibbet shop.

I believe it is important when a site is fairly new and doesn't yet have a lot of traffic to help build confidence for buyers. So many people open a shop, list a few items and then never return unless they receive an email saying they got a sale.

I know when I see a shop with only a few items I am leery about ordering something because I have no way of knowing if they are just starting to post things or if it has been abandoned."

When i go to SOLD ITEMS it lists everything sold, however under "Sold For" it shows the order total instead of the individual item price. This makes creating an invoice very difficult. Currently I can't make an invoice with individual item prices unless i click each individual listing. I sometimes get orders that total 50 or more items. It is very time-consuming and tedious to click each listing for prices. Can you please change it so each item is listed under the exact amount it was sold for rather than the order total (currently etsy has this feature HOWEVER on etsy, if the item was purchased with a coupon it will still list the pre-coupon total which is not helpful at all).
